Nameplate Signs: One (1) sign for each <br />dwelling unit, not greater than two (2) square feet in area, indicating the <br />name and/or address of the occupant. <br /> <br /> Sub& 2. Institutional and Recreational Signs: One (1) sign <br />or bulletin board per street frontage for a church, a public institutional use <br />or a recreational use in the residential districts. Such sign or bulletin <br />board shall not exceed twenty- four (24) square feet in area nor shall it be <br />placed closer than ten (10) feet to any street right-of-way line. <br /> <br /> Sub& 3. Area Identification Signs: One (1) sign per <br />development, not to exceed twenty-four (24) square feet in area. <br /> <br /> Sub& 4. Temporary Signs: Refer to Section 170.053P. <br /> <br /> Sub& 5. Minimum Setback: No part of a sign shall be <br />within five (5) feet of any property line. <br /> <br /> (EXCEPTION: Nameplate sign may be placed anywhere on <br />the owners property.) <br /> <br />170.055B Urbo_n multiple ~ residential districts <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Identification Signs: One (1) identification sign <br />or symbol per building, not greater than six (6) square feet in area, provided <br />such sign is attached fiat against a wall of the building. <br /> <br /> <br />
