the amount required by this and all other ordinances of the city, if required by the zoning officer; Name of person, firm, corporation or association erecting the structure; ge An agreement with the city: i. which would authorize and direct the City of Ramsey to remove and dispose of any signs and sign structure on which a permit has been issued, but which was not renewed, if the owner does not remove the same within a thirty (30) day period following the expiration of the permit; ii. which would authorize and direct the City of Ramsey to remove the sign and sign structure, at the expense of the applicant, where maintenance is required and the maintenance is not furnished, but only after a hearing and after a notice of sixty (60) days specifying the maintenance required by the city. Sub& 2. If a sign authorized by permit has not been installed within ninety (90) days after the date of issuance of said permit, the permit shall become null and void unless an extension is granted by the zoning officer.
