In accordance with the contract with Annandale Construction, <br />Inc., the completion date of all improvements is July 18, <br />1990. The contract calls for the construction of Ute Street <br />as a temporary bituminous street to 153rd Avenue N.W. The <br />developer is currently considering the addition of Phase II <br />to the project and making Ute Street a permanent street.
