RESOLUTION #90-06- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE ANNUAL PERFORMANCE <br /> APPRAISAL FOR ACCOUNTANT JENNIFER SWENDSEN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Jennifer Swendsen began employment at the City of Ramsey on February <br />9,1988 in the position of Accounting Clerk, salary grade 2, in the Finance Office; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Swendsen was promoted to Accountant in salary grade 3 on June 29, <br />1988 and reached her one-year anniversary in position on June 29, 1989; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, as stated in the AFSCME contract, of which Ms. Swendsen is a member, each <br />employee who has completed at least one year of service after reaching the minimum step on the <br />range and who 1) is at or below midpoint on the appropriate range, and 2) receives at least a <br />satisfactory performance evaluation shall be eligible for an additional increase of not less than <br />5% of the range minimum; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Swendsen completed one-year of service after reaching the minimum <br />on June 29, 1990; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a satisfactory annual performance appraisal was completed by Finance <br />Officer Sandra Ashley, Ms. Swendsen's immediate supervisor, on June 13, 1990; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Administrator David Hartley is in agreement with the performance <br />appraisal; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Finance officer Sandra Ashley recommends that Ms. Swendsen's annual <br />salary be inoreased to $24,529, which is consistent with the terms of the AFSCME contract for <br />salary grade 3, effective June 30, 1990; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee reviewed the performance appraisal at the <br />Personnel Committee meeting on June 20, 1990 and is in agreement with the recommendation. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendations of the Personnel <br />Committee, Finance Officer Sandra Ashley and the City Administrator David Hartiey for Jennifer <br />Swendsen, and instructs Kay McAIoney, Personnel Coordinator, to prepare the necessary <br />paperwork for change in annual salary to $24,529, in salary grade 3, effective June 30, <br />1990. <br /> <br /> <br />
