RESOLUTION <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONFIRMING PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL <br />FOR PERSONNEL COORDINATOR KAY McALONEY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Kay McAIoney began employment at the City of Ramsey on May 29, 1989 in <br />the position of Personnel Coordinator in salary grade 3; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. McAIoney has a current annual salary of $21,100 and has completed <br />2,080 hours on June 1, 1990; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a satisfactory performance appraisal was performed by Finance Officer <br />Sandra Ashley, Immediate supervisor of Ms. McAIoney on June 12, 1990; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Administrator David Hartley has reviewed the pedormance appraisal <br />and is in agreement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the recommendation of Ms. Ashley and Mr. Hartley for Ms. McAIoney is an <br />increase in her annual salary to $23,500 effective June 2, 1990; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee reviewed the annual performance appraisal of Ms. <br />McAIoney at the June 20, 1990 Personnel Committee meeting and is in agreement with the <br />recommendation of Ms. Ashley and Mr. Hartley. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CiTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, ss follows: <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendations of the Personnel <br />Committee, Finance Officer Sandra Ashley and the City Administrator David Hartley to increase <br />Personnel Coordinator Kay McAIoney to $23,500 annually, in salary grade 3, effective June 2, <br />1990. <br /> <br /> <br />
