CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />SPF. CIAL USE P~T ;~R~.F~ENT <br /> <br />This contract entered into this ~ay of ~ ., 1985, <br />between the City of Ramsey, hereinafter refe~/red~o as "City," <br />and Mr. Charles Delanay, hereirmfter referred to as "Applicant," <br />in conjunction with the issuance of a Special Use Permit to <br />hold an annual game fair in an R-1 district. <br /> <br />The special use permit is hereby granted contingent upon the <br />Applicant agreeing to and complying with the following <br />co ndi t/ons: <br /> <br />1) Parking for the use shall be at Central Park. <br /> <br />2) City Staff shall review this special use permit <br /> annually before and after each game fair. <br /> <br />3) The City reserves the right to inspect the premises <br /> during the game fair if it receives .complaints from <br /> a~oining property owners. <br /> <br />4) This special use permit agreement shall apply only <br /> to that property generally known as east of Lake Eddy <br /> and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of <br />Section 17, Township 31, Range 25, Anoka County, <br /> <br />The Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of <br />Section 17, Township 31, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />5) That this special use permit shall apply only to <br /> the Saturday and Sunday of the weekend immediately <br /> preceding Labor Day Weekend and the Saturday, <br /> Sunday and Monday .of Labor Day Weekend. <br /> <br />6) That the name of Ramsey be used in the publicity <br /> literature. <br /> <br />The Applicant understands and agrees that the special use <br />permit granted herein is subject to review at any time and shall <br />be reviewed annually by City Staff. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
