I I I I I I I I I I I I I I (c) Borrow Activity - Three years from the earlier of the date on which evidence of the res:oration bond identified in Paragraph 12 hereof has been transmitted to, reviewed and accepted by the City or July 1, 1989. Activity in the West Borrow Area shall be limited to one calendar year from commencement of operations in that area, the commencement date being at the sole discretion of WMMI. The conditions of this permit are as follows: LANDFILL PLANS AND SUBMITTALS WI<MI shall construct, operate and maintain the facility in accordance with this CUP and incldding supporting documentation as follows: Engineering Plans . Drawing No. A-1 Preliminary Site Plan dated June, 1988. · Drawing No. B-1 East and West Borrow Area dated July, 1988. · Drawing No. B-2 Rough Grading Plan dated July, !988. · Ramsey Ski Hill Development Plan East and West Borrow Area Plan - Detailed Desoription. . Drawing - site Final Grades dated October, 1988. · Drawing - North 80 Borrow Area dated October, 1988. BORROW ACTIVITIES Vecetation.' Existing tree and ground cover in the borrow and buffer areas shall be preserved to the extent feasible, maintained and supplemented by selected cutting, transplanting and replanting of trees, shrubs and other ground cover along all set back areas. Limits of Excavation. No Borrow Activity shall be conducted beyond the limits for which this CUP is granted and as illustrated on the No~h 80 Borrow Area plan dated October, !988. Specifically, no Borrow Activity shall take place within four hundred (400) feet of the western boundary of the property legally described in Exkibit B attached hereto. Landfill and Borrow Hours of Ooeration. Th~ hours of the landfill ooera~ion shall be ~ ~' ' . __m_~e= ~o 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, no operation on Sundays. The hours of the borrow operation shall be limited to 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, no operation on Sundays; provided that the hours of the borrow operation may be extended to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday during periods of--restoration of the borrow areas. Dust Control. Dust created by landfill or borrow activities shall be controlled by appropriate means bv the proper~y owner, i= it is not possible to con~ro! the dust on any given day, the opera~ion shall cease on nhat day.
