Final Plat Review: Letendre Addition <br />December 4, 2003 <br />3 of 3 <br /> <br />Stormwater Management Fee: The City has enacted a Stormwater Management Fee at a rate <br />of $375.00 per unit. Existing homesteads are exempt from this fee. The plat will be subject to <br />the fee in effect at the time of f'mal plat approval. This fee must be paid prior to release of the <br />final plat for recording. <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council will be meeting at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, December 9, 2003, at the <br />Ramsey Fire-Station located at 15050 Armstrong Boulevard, to consider your request for final <br />plat approval. It is important that you, or your representative, be present to answer any questions <br />that may arise.
