CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT - LETENDRE ADDITION <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />a municipal corporation of the State of Minnesota (the CITY"), and ROBERT F. LeTENDRE <br />AND THERESA L. WIEBE, whose address is 17120 Tiger Street N.W., Ramsey, Mn 55303, <br />(the "DEVELOPERS"). <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the DEVELOPERS and Jerry C. Bell and Jackie Ann Bel1 are the fee <br />owner of the following described property situated in the CITY OF RAMSEY, County of <br />Anoka, State of Minnesota, and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, Tranby Terrace 2ND Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Or upon recording: <br /> <br />Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 1, Letendre Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on December 9, 2003, pursuant to Resolution #03-12- , the CITY <br />approved the final plat of the Subject Property which plat is known as LETENDRE ADDITION <br />(the "Plat") contingent on certain requirements, including DEVELOPERS and CITY entering <br />into this agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Plat consists of three(3) lots totaling approximately 17 acres; and; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, approval of the Final Plat is given pursuant to the City's Subdivision Code <br />Section 9.50.05 (Subd. 1) entitled "Division or Consolidation of platted Lots". <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, no expenditure of CITY funds will be made until City Code escrow <br />requirements have been fulfilled by the DEVELOPERS. <br /> <br />Development Agreement: Letendre Addition <br /> Page 1' of 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
