Real Estate Broker Services Prtposal <br />Early Termination Provisions <br />Any purchase agreements currently in progress will be permitted to close with our <br />brokerage as the listing entity. <br />Any agreements negotiated separately will remain in force. <br />Other Fees / Coxnmriensstion <br />Broker Administration Fee <br />There will be no additional broker administration fees charged to the City of <br />Ramsey. <br />Special Proiects <br />From the RFQ: "the City may call upon the selected broker for support on special <br />projects/additional services. Additional fees for said special projects will be <br />negotiated at that time of request " <br />American Dream Realty agrees with this approach to funding special projects <br />4. Conflict of Interest <br />At this time, American Dream Realty, Inc. has no conflict of interest in the City of <br />Ramsey. If a conflict of interest develops in he future, it will be specifically <br />disclosed in the listing contract or offer to purchase, and our contact at the City will <br />be notified, <br />American Dream Realty, Inc., and its tears members have no known other side <br />interests hat conflict with selling real estate for the City of Ramsey.
