AUTHORIZE PREPARATION OF <br /> PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 90-2? <br />(EXTENSION OF SANITARY SEWER AND WATER FOR <br /> PIN 25-32-25-31-0003) <br /> By= Pete Raatikka, Consulting Engineer <br /> <br />CASE <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On August 28, 1990, City Council adopted Resolution #90-08-271 <br />receiving the feasibility report and calling for a public hearing <br />on Improvement Project 90-27. The hearing is scheduled to be held <br />at 7:00 p.m., October 9, 1990. <br /> <br />This report was petitioned by 100 percent of the proposed property <br />owners to be assessed. Therefore, the project may be ordered <br />without the 60 day waiting period. <br /> <br />Enclosed is a resolution ordering plans and specifications for <br />construction of sewer and water for PIN 25-32-25-31-0003. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends adoption of the proposed resolution ordering plans <br />and specifications for Improvement Project 90-27. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Adopt Resolution #90-10- authorizing the Consulting Engineer <br />to prepare plans and specifications for Improvement Project 90-27 <br />(extension of sanitary sewer and water for PIN 25-32-25-31-0003). <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />City Administrator X <br />city Attorney <br />City Engineer X <br />Community Development Dir. <br /> <br />Chief of Police <br />Finance Officer <br />Public Works Supt. <br />Other <br /> <br /> <br />
