councilmember moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION 990-10- RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-27 (EXTENSION OF SANITARY SEWER AND WATER FOR PIN 25-32-25-31-0003) WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 28th of August, 1990 fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvements for Project 90-27, and WHEREAS, the project was petitioned by 100% of the property owners to be assessed and does not require a 60 day waiting period following the public hearing; and WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 9th day of October, 1990 at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted the 28th day of August, 1990. 2) That Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvements upon receipt by the City of cash escrow to cover the cost of preparation of the plans and specifications. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 9th day of October, 1990.
