It is <br />almost exactly the same agreement entered into two years ago, <br />but the numbers on page two being based roughly on population <br />distribution. <br /> <br />If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact <br />Charlie Weaver or me; and, obviously, Mr. Weaver would be <br />very happy to appear before your city council to explain the <br />current status of the proposed changes in the bill and the <br />effect on your city.
