Copies of all documents, plans, or other <br />reports which are required to be supplied to the MPCA or Anoka <br />County shall also be supplied concurrently to the City at no <br />cost to the city. <br /> <br />Performance Review. Upon request by the City, the performance <br />of this operation shall be reviewed annually by WMMI and the <br />city Administrator or his representatives to identify problem <br />areas, concerns and to evaluate whether conditions of this CUP <br />need to be modified or procedural changes made. A performance <br />review shall occur no later than September 30, 1991. <br /> <br />Service to Residents. Residents of the City of Ramsey shall <br />be allowed to dispose of yard waste on Saturdays at no charge <br />and use for private, non-commercial purposes finished compost <br />product at no charge.
