Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~)0-11- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PERSONNEL COMMITTEE'S NOVEMBER 8, 1990 <br />MEETING RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING CHANGE IN EMPLOYEE <br />STATUS AND/OR COMPENSATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota met on <br />November 8, 1990 to review the recommendations of the City Administrator and Staff for changes <br />in status and/or compensation for Colleen Rybak, Bruce Bacon and Jo Ann Thieling; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee recommends the following: <br /> <br /> 1) Colleen Rybak, full-time regular Secretary in salary grade 1, increase to $16,982 <br />annually per the terms of the AFSCME contract for anniversary of position and a satisfactory <br />performance appraisal, effective November 3, 1990; and <br /> <br /> 2) Bruce Bacon, part-time regular Environmental Specialist in salary grade 2, increase <br />to $21,352 annually ($10.27 per hour) per the terms of the AFSCME contract for 2,080 hours <br />reached in position and a satisfactory performance appraisal, effective November 3, 1990; and <br /> <br /> 3) Jo Ann Thieling, full-time regular employee, promoted to Recording Secretary in <br />salary grade 2, increase to $17,790 annually with new anniversary of position and a satisfactory <br />performance appraisal, effective November 9, 1990. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the recommendations of the Personnel Committee are accepted and approved and that <br />Kay McAloney, Personnel Coordinator, be instructed to initiate the paperwork to make <br />appropriate changes and forward same to the Finance Office. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being take thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 27th day of November, 1990 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
