Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION g90-11- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION TO THE SITE PLAN FOR LOT 1, <br />BLOCK 1, RIVER'S BEND 3RD ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on March 14, 1989, the Ramsey City Council approved Clayton Berg's <br />site plan for a two-story 4,060 square foot structure on the property at 14101 and 14103 St. <br />Francis Boulevard N.W., which property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The northerly 13 feet of Lot 3, Block 1, of River's Bend Plaza Addition and Lot 1, Block 1 <br />of River's Bend Plaza 3rd Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 28, 1989, the Ramsey City Council approved Clayton <br />Berg's amended site plan for a one-story versus a two-story structure; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 16, 1990, the City of Ramsey received a written request <br />from Clayton Berg for an extension to the execution of the site plan development permit and <br />construction of the improvements; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, performance standards for this type of development have not changed for <br />this district since site plan approval. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the site plan development permit should be signed by the applicant as of November, <br />27, 1990. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the financial guarantees required for the development shall be deposited with the City <br />on or before May 31, 1991. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That the failure to execute the site plan development permit as stated above and/or deposit <br />financial guarantees as stated above shall permit the City Council to void the site plan after <br />May 31, 1991 unless prior thereto the City Council, upon application of the applicant, finds <br />that extension of the approval is reasonable based on the fact that performance standards for <br />the development have not been amended by the City. <br /> <br />4) That the proposed development shall be completed on or before December 31, 1991. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
