Problem areas
include steep slopes, loose sliding sand, larges pits that
that could fill with water, all posing quite a liability to
the property owner as well as the City of Ram.~y.

Finally we would like to add that our family has lived in Ramsey
since 4-15-78. We are hard working, tax paying citizens that
chose this area as our home because of its quiet open space and
scenic beauty.

In conclusion we very strongly oppose any exca~vation or mining
of soil from the proposed site and hope that the planning and
zoning commission will keep these things in mind when making a
decision that could impact the quality of life for us and
neighboring residences.

/~C-~cerely, ~

David J.
