That plat was preliminarily approved by the City Council <br />in May of 1990. Northfork Fifth consisted of 120 residential lots <br />and five lots to be used for the construction of the proposed golf <br />course. <br /> <br /> The Final Plat of NLA consists of 19 lots. Five of these lots: <br />Lot 1, Block 1; Lot 1, Block 2; Lot 10, Block 3; Lot 5, Block 4; and <br />Lot 1, Block 6, will constitute the golf course. These lots <br /> aggregate approximately 190 acres. The remaining 14 lots are for <br /> resale as potential homesites.
