City of Ramsey's Representative to Advisory Board <br /> <br />The Personnel Committee discussed the City of Ramsey's Representative to the <br />Anoka-Hennepin School District #11 Advisory Board. In February 1986 the City <br />Council appointed Police Department Secretary Arlene Stafford to the Advisory <br />Board. At no point since the beginning of the attendance of the meetings has Ms. <br />Stafford been asked any information during the meetings, nor has she been asked by <br />Ramsey City Council to report about the monthly meetings. As of August 1990 Ms. <br />Stafford has not attended the monthly meetings Ms. Stafford informed the Personnel <br />Committee that she would like to again attend the meetings, but would like to know <br />what expectations the City and the Advisory Board have about the City <br />Representative. The Personnel Committee's recommendation to City Council is to <br />continue having Ms. Stafford act as the City Representative but to keep Staff and <br />Council informed as to subjects on upcoming agendas and to report back to Council <br />and appropriate Staff any information discussed at the meetings. It was agreed that <br />Ms. Stafford would continue as City Representative for a three-month period, then <br />meet with the Personnel Committee to discuss further representation. <br /> <br />12. Offering Position of City Administrator to Ryan Schroeder <br /> <br />On April 16, 1991 the City Council authorized the Search Committee to offer the <br />position of City Administrator to Ryan Schroeder.
