I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
!
I

g~

With respect to Gateway North Airport, and in the event an airport zoning
ordinance is adopted, Airport Zone A would call for acquisition of Lot 1, Block 1
and Lot 1, Block 4. Airport Zone B would affect Lots 2 through 13, Block 4, and
this area of the plat has been planned in a way that it can converted to be consistent
with airport zoning density regulations.

As noted, the City is under a 500 REC (Residential Equivalent Connection) limit
until the Anoka waste water u'eatment plant is phased out in 1992. Faye Addition is
expected to be scheduled for development over a period of time, with the initial
phase not anticipated until 1992. The City will require a phasing plan for Faye
Addition at the time of final plat approval and the phasing plan must be in
accordance with Ramsey's sewer connection limitations.

I hope this letter will resolve EQB and Metro Council's concerns with the proposed
plat of Faye Addition and that the City of Ramsey will receive a favorable response
from these agencies prior to Faye Addition seeking preliminary plat approval from
the Ramsey City Council on April 23, 1991.

If you need additional information, please call me at 427-1410. Thank you for your
assistance and coopration in this matter.

Respectfully,

CITY OF RAMSEY

Sylvia Frolik
Zoning Administrator

CC;

Mary Anderson, Chair, Metropolitan Council
Ken Kunzman, Metropolitan Council District 9
Richard Thompson, Metropolitan Council Staff
City Engineer Steven Jankowski
B.B.
