Amend the <br />Business and Residential District zoning Boundaries and 2.) <br />Preliminary plat Approval. The Planning and Zoning Action on the <br />plat made reference to final review by the Parks and Recreation <br />Commission relating to trail alignment. <br /> <br />As a result of a recent meeting with Dave Torkitdson of Anoka <br />County Parks we are both proceeding on the basis that a trade of <br />land will take place by and between Faye plat and the County. <br /> <br />After platting the County will receive about 2/3 of what was <br />considered as Outlot E in exchange for a like amount of land <br />fronting on THi0 between the subdivision and Ramsey Boulevard. <br /> <br />This anticipated trade will make it logical for relocation of the <br />trail land (to be dedicated as park) to a location along the <br />easterly boundary of the Plat and extending westerly to join the <br />County property. <br /> <br />The attached January 11, 1991 Preliminary Plat is modified to <br />generally show: <br /> <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br /> <br />Park t (Lot 1, Block 4) to be dedicated to the City <br />Parks 2 and 3 (Outlots C & D Trail) to be dedicated <br />Outlot E for trade to the County for park <br />Outlot F to be retained as a private open space area <br /> <br />The scenic easement would include both Outlots E and F. This <br />Preliminary Plat will be in shape for you before the scheduled <br />Council meeting of April 23rd. <br /> <br />Sylvia, I believe the above changes are consistent wi.th the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission approval as we will present to them <br />again before the final plat as they directed. <br /> <br /> <br />
