Please present this trail change to the Parks and Recreation <br />Commission for their meeting of April 11, 1991 and I will not be <br />present. I recommend Parks and Recreation Commission support of <br />the trail change as it resulted from my recent meeting with Mr. <br />Torkildson, it was supported by the Commission some time ago and it <br />is consistent with the Metropolitan Council staff recommendation by <br />letter of February 19, 1991. <br /> <br />~ will place the updated Preliminary Plat in order in advance of <br />Council consideration scheduled for April 23, 1991. The area of <br />park dedication will revise slightly and be computed with the final <br />plat.
