CITY OF RAMSEY <br />DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />ALUMINUM RECYCLING, INC. <br /> <br />On ,1991, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to <br />Aluminum Recycling, Inc., a Minnesota Corporation, CPermittee") to construct a 1,920 square <br />foot building and a 2,050 square foot building ("Structures") on the property at 7060 142nd <br />Avenue N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, which property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 1, GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK, Anoka County, Minnesota; <br />PIN: 27-32-25-33-0009 ("Site") <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this approval are as follows: <br /> <br />STRUCTURES. The Structures shall be constructed as shown on the plans dated March <br />7, 1991 and received at the City on May 8, 1991. Said plans consist of three sheets; sheet <br />1 contains the plans for the snmcture to be used for office, storage and transmission <br />disassembly; sheet 2 contains the plans for the furnace building. The furnace building to be <br />constructed shall be the smacture illustrated in the upper right hand comer sheet 2, which is <br />described as the fully enclosed alternate. All building plans must be prepared and certified <br />by a registered engineer or architect. <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The Structures shall be constructed in <br />accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />SITE PLAN I~QMPLIANt~E, The Structures shall be sited on the Site as shown on <br />the Site Plan submitted by the Permittee, which Site Plan is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" <br />and consists of one sheet, is dated as received by the City on May 8, 1991, and was drawn <br />by John Oliver & Associates, Inc. <br /> <br />REQUIRED IMPRQVEMENTS, The Permittee will construct and install the <br />following Site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location <br />as shown on Exhibit "A". The "Improvements" are as follows: <br /> <br />Co <br /> <br />Bituminous driveway, parking lot, and exterior storage area; <br />Concrete curb and gutter around the perimeter of pavement up to the front building <br />line; <br />Site grading; <br />Landscaping, including sod and seed; <br />Fire lanes. <br /> <br />LAND$1~APING. The landscaping improvement shall be in accordance with Exhibit <br />"A". The fenced exterior storage area shall be screened. The screening shall consist of a <br />six foot chain link fence fitted with privacy slats. All disturbed areas will need to be seeded <br />or sodded. The landscape plantings required herein shall have minimum dimensions as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Spruce 6' to 7' in height <br />Maple 2-1/2" diameter <br />Ash 2-1/2" diameter <br />Shrubs 18" to 24" in height <br /> <br /> <br />
