I I I I Councilmember its adoption' introduced the following resolution and moved for RESOLUTION #91-05- RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR PROJECT #91-01 (EXTENSION OF SANITARY SEWER AND WATER FROM R35-32-25-31-0008 TO THE EASTERN CITY BOUNDARY) WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 22th day of January, 1991, set ~? clare for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of water and sewer extension from R35- 32-25-31-0008 to the eastern City boundary (Project ,~91-01); and WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing; and WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 27th day of February, 1991 at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted the 22nd day of January, 1991. 2) Mr. Steven J. Jankowski, P.E., City Engineer, is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 14h day of May, 1991.
