Commissioner Hendriksen stated that when granting a conditional use permit, one condition that <br />has to be assessed is if the hardship is created by the individual. In this case, the hardship is <br />created by the indiv/dual. The owners want a configuration that should not be allowed. The City <br />granted them concession to what was required of them and now it would be granting them yet <br />another concession. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to recommend to <br />City Council denial of the vacation of street right-of-way in Gateway North Industrial Park. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
