Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION g91-09- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF THE CEDAR HILLS <br />ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution g90-06-168 on June 12, 1990 <br />approving a Four Phase Plan for Cedar Hills, Windemere Woods, Chestnut Hills and Chestnut <br />Pond; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on July 10, 1990 and approved the <br />preliminary plat for Cedar Hills Addition as per the City Engineer's review dated June 19, 1990; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, M. G. Astleford Company, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has <br />properly applied for plat approval of Phase I of Cedar Hills on the following described property <br />located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />The Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 32, <br />Range 25, and the North 504.50 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest <br />Quarter of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval for Phase I of Cedar Hills <br />in accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 10th day of September, 1991. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
