of eight (8) inch solid grout filled concrete masonry units (CMU) with air space between <br />the two walls, providing additional sound buffering and bullet containment. <br />11. That the Applicant will be installing, at a minimum, the following security measures to <br />protect against theft of guns: cement bollards around main entrance, barred and reinforced <br />windows, motion/thermal/impact sensors connected to a monitoring service, a closed <br />caption television system for additional monitoring and exterior lighting. <br />12. That all exterior lighting shall be positioned so as to deflect light away from adjacent <br />properties and public roads. <br />13. That the Applicant will not purchase, sell or stock any black powder on the Subject <br />Property. <br />14. That the Applicant has stated that there will be no firing of any black powder firearms on <br />the Subject Property. <br />15. That the Applicant will not purchase, stock or sell any type of reloading supplies on the <br />Subject Property. <br />16. That the construction design of the indoor shooting range will determine the permissible <br />caliber limits. <br />17. That the indoor firing range will have a secured entrance/exit through an industry standard <br />dual -door airlock system to maintain sound and air quality in the retail portion of the <br />building. <br />18. That the hours of operation for the indoor shooting range shall be limited to Monday <br />through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. <br />19. That the Applicant has agreed to work with the Ramsey Police Department on a <br />cooperative use agreement for training purposes. <br />20. That the Applicant shall comply with City Code Chapter 30 (Nuisances), including sound <br />levels, at all times. <br />21. That the Applicant shall obtain and provide a copy of any other applicable permits and/or <br />licenses from local, county, state and federal agencies. <br />22. That the Applicant shall operate the indoor shooting range in compliance with all local, <br />county, state and federal standards relating to indoor shooting ranges. <br />23. That all firearms on the Subject Property not in use in the shooting range stalls/lanes shall <br />be unloaded and properly cases at all times in accordance with Minnesota laws. <br />24.
