Latter on Wednesday, August 27th, I called City Hall and found Mr. Norman not being
back yet and Sylvia again being in a meting and Patrick also being tied up, I waited on hold
for 10 minutes hoping that Sylvia would be free, I final asked for and was connected to her
voicemail and left her the itemized list (similar) to the items listed back on the first pages
about what I see that staff and Councilmembers need to prepare and clearly state answers
to on the "Mixed Use" District verses the extension of "Mixed Use" zoning of presently
built on properties.
On Thursday, the 28th, I again went to City Hall and was told Mr. Norman was out working
on the City Center discussion, that Sylvia was not in that day, and that Patrick was on the
phone with Mr. Norman and could not be interrupted. All very reasonable! However, just
then Patrick happened to walk be looking for something he needed for his call. He was kind
enough to stop in and, say hello, and say that Sylvia had noted but not gotten to my
voicemail for Wednesday but that sure seemed long. I told him it was my early, quick, off
the top thoughts on "Mixed Use" and ask him to listen to it and if He or Sylvia had any
questions to just give me a call as they had a change and to share the content with Mr.
Norman. He said he would and we parted.
