We would anticipate 2 to 3 workshops with the City during the design <br />development phase and 2 during the construction document phase. We would <br />also anticipate periodic presentations to the City Council to update the Council <br />on current activities and progress. At the completion of the design development <br />phase and at a 95% construction document level we will prepare detailed <br />estimates to confirm that the design is staying within the construction budget as <br />approved by City Council.
