Council to formally adopt the plan. Our work program does not detail these meetings but could <br />be modified to include them, based on hourly rates, if desired by the City,. <br /> <br />Fee and Schedule <br /> <br />Based on the scope of services outlined above, the total fee for the tasks to be completed by Hoisington <br />Koegler Group is $37,500.00 including expenses. The involvement of the traffic engineer is not included <br />within our proposed fee. If it is determined services from Benshoof and Associates are needed, we will <br />provide a detailed work pro,am and related fees. We could commence work on'the project immediately <br />and would anticipate completing the project within '3-4 months. <br /> <br />The scope identified herein is a comprehensive effort that directly involves the property owners, City <br />Stuff, Economic Development Atithoriu, Planning Commission and City. Council and are confident that it <br />can lead to a successful plan for the Rum River Commercial Area. <br /> <br />Thank you for the opportunity, to prepare this proposal for professional planning and desig-n services.
