LeToumeau's Catering will perform the following: · Provide foods for buffet style reception as per your request as follows: Fresh Fruits, Cheese N Cracker Tray, Terriaki Chicken Wings, Baby Back Ribs, Quesadilla w/Chka~ & Cheese, Beef Kabob Brochette, Bar-B-Q Meatballs, Jumbo Shrimp. · Provide Table linens tbr the servh~g table, and chafing dishes for the hot foods. Provide plates, silverware, napkins. · All foods will be sufficient quantity to serve 60 people. · Billing will be based on a per plate/serving charge of $14.25. · Provide two staffto set, prepare the food and serve buffet style fi'om 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at a rate of $30,00 per hour pet' staff. · All Food that remains unserved returns with caterer. Client will furnish the tbllowing: · Appropriate space and time for the setting and preparing of the food on the day of the event. · Down payment of 10% of approx, total at time of booking, and the final payment will be paid upon deliver2? the day of the event. Additional charges will be for tax at 6.5% and gratuity at 15%. Conditions of non-performance by client: Iftbr any reason client cancels above order, LeTourneau's needs to be notified by phone and in writing as soon as possible prior to the event. In the event of cancellation, all moneys will be refunded to client except any expenses billed on a time and materials basis ($10.00 per hour and retail cost material basis) that have occurred toward completion of this order.
