If the residents of 5520 140th Lane NW wish to enter into a family "doggie daycare" business, the one option is to move <br />the business to a suitable location which supports the City of Ramsey. They will be able to provide support to their <br />families members, breed dogs of their choosing, and have the adequate space to properly care for the animals.
