Voting No: Councilmember Schlueter. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />adopt Resolution #84-84 positive findings of environmental assessment worksheet <br />for Flintwood Hills Second Addition Planned Unit Development. (Please refer to ordinance file for Ordinance #84- ). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />and Van Wagner. Voting No: Councilmember Schlueter. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich brought to Council's and Mr. Carson's attention that <br />nothing happens on the project until the City's requirements in the Utility <br />Ordinance are complied with <br /> <br />Mr. Carson stated that he understood that fact. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that the next step will be to prepare a development <br />contract, based on previous Council resolutions, for Council approval. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec commended the residents of Flintwood I, especially Mr. Stan Data, <br />for their cooperation with the developer and the City. <br /> <br />Mr. Carson also expressed gratitude to the residents of Flintwood I and the <br />City. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec referred to the rumors of sewer and water coming and stated that <br />the City has not intent of bringing sewer and water to existing residential <br />areas unless those areas pollute themselves or bring in a petition requesting <br />sewer and water. <br /> <br />Mr. Arnie Cox - Nowthen Blvd. - Stated he heard sewer and water will be <br />extended throughout the City and inquired if Council was positive that it w~n't. <br /> <br />C/May 24, 1984 <br />Page 11 of 24 <br /> <br /> <br />
