Review Purpose of Study - Problem Statement - Finding of Fact <br />The purpose of the study was reviewed. Business and Stakeholder Meeting from October 2013 <br />b. Ramsey City Council in October 2013 <br />c. Anoka City Council in November 2013 <br />Past outreach efforts were summarized. Again, much of this information is include on the <br />project's website. <br />3. Review Incremental Improvement Strategy <br />a. Access Management / Hazard Elimination <br />b. Hwy 10 Continuous Flow (Westbound only) <br />c. Hwy 10 Continuous Flow (Eastbound and Westbound) <br />Discussed three approaches to concept development (Access Management, Westbound <br />Continuous -Flow, and Westbound and Eastbound Continuous -Flow). The access management <br />approach will be used as the baseline for each of the other two approaches. <br />4. Present Draft Improvement Concepts <br />a. Subarea 1 - Jarvis Street NW to Llama Street NW ( Ramsey's West End) <br />b. Subarea 2 - Llama Street NW to Traprock Street NW (Armstrong Blvd Project) <br />c. Subarea 3 - Traprock Street NW to Dolomite Street (Ramsey Blvd) <br />d. Subarea 4 — Dolomite Street to City Limits (Sunfish Lake Blvd) <br />
