Councilnmmber Sorteberg stated that no tax increment money <br />has been generated yet; where does the City get the money to address M & S' <br />request. Mr. Schnelle stated that Staff will research financing methods and <br />report back to Council. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Request For Variance From Street Frontage Regu_ irement: Case Of Mr. Ken <br /> <br />Gouncilmember COx stated that Mr. Johnson should expect assesements for <br />improvement, s and maintenance of streets in Autumn Heights. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Counciln.~mber Sorteberg to grant a <br />variance to the 200' street frontage requirement to Mr. Ken Johnson. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann ~ Sc/%lueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Appointment of Economic Develou~ent Commission Members; <br /> <br />Motion by Councilm~mber Cox and seconded by Councilme~ber Reimann to appoint <br />Mr. Stei~hen DeLuca to serve on the Economic Development Commission to a term to <br />expire January 31, 1988 and to send a letter of thanks to Mr. Stephen Schmidt <br />for his time o~ the Cc~mission. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilm~mbers Sorteberg, COx, <br />Reimann and Schlueter.
