Mr. Mart inquired if the City would relocate Domino's if airport zoning is <br />adopted. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley replied that the City might be compelled to relocate if airport <br />zoning is adopted. Council has stated their intent to proceed with <br />property acquisition, establishment of airport safety zoning and ultimate <br />improvememts to the existing airport. Mr. Hartley stated that because <br />airport zoning is not in place, Council cannot withhold site plan approval <br />unless there is a problem with the site plan itself. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox stated that he received his meeting agenda too late and <br />did not have sufficient time to review this case but he doesn't want to <br />delay the project. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to <br />approve R.J. Ryan Construction, Inc.'s request for site plan review. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. Abstain: Councilmember Cox. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND.COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />b) Review gambling license application of Arrigoni, Inc. - <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated Police Chief Auspos is requesting that Council table <br />action on Arrirgoni's gambling license application in order to allow him <br />time to complete his review of the application. There is also some <br />information missing on the application, i.e., number of active members in <br />the organization and a clear definition of the purpose of the organization. <br />This item can be addressed at the special City Council meeting scheduled <br />for July 7. <br /> <br />Council agreed to table the case until July 7. <br /> <br />COUNCIL B~SINE$S CONTINUED <br /> <br />Case #12~ Request T9 Move In Structure; Case <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Cox to <br />approve the request by Skelgas to move in a 16' x 20' metal warehouse <br />structure. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson.
