intern could provide support. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to refer <br />Mr. Fournier's proposal for coordinating the effort to obtain Star City <br />designation to the Economic Development Commission. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Mr. Hartley noted that Mr. Fournier did indicate that <br />his current employer, Iron Works Development Corporation, may be interested <br />in providing some of his time, at no charge to the City, as their <br />contribution to Star City efforts. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes= Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Mr. Steve Gorecki stated that thus far, pursuit of Star City designation <br />has been a loose operation in need of coordination, legwork and a <br />tremendous amount of hours. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox stated that when Ms. Norris was hired, he had hoped <br />economic development would be the area she would be working in; a decision <br />has to be made regarding hiring assistance and getting the Star City <br />program completed. <br /> <br />Case #16: <br /> <br />Approve Project Costs And Set Date For Assessment Hearings <br /> For Improvement Projects #86-17. #8§-18 ~nd {86-21; <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to adopt <br />Resolution #87-164, #87-165 and #87-166 declaring cost to be assessed and <br />ordering proposed assessment for Improvement Project #'s 86-17, 86-18 and <br />86-21. (Refer to resolution file for Resolutions #87-164, #87-165 and #87- <br />166). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers $orteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to adopt <br />Resolution #87-167, #87-168 and #87-169 setting the assessment hearings for <br />Improvement Project #'s 86-17, 86-18 and 86-21 for Tuesday, August 25, 1987 <br />at 7:30 p.m. at Ramsey Municipal Center.
