Absent: Mayor Reimann. <br /> <br />C~se #3: <br /> <br />Request For Final Plat Approval Of Pineview Estates 2nd <br /> Addition And Adopt Ordinance Rezoning Property From I-1 <br /> Industrial To P.U.D. Planned Unit Development; Case Of Mr. <br /> Gilbert M~Bkyeld And Mr. Art Raudio: <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich review with proposed restrictive covenants with Council. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to <br />approve the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, for <br />Pineview Estates 2nd Addition with the addition of the following language: <br /> <br />1) Section 4.3, Item 1 shall include 'any other similar uses <br /> permitted by the Homeowners Association and the City of Ramsey.' <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Article XIII, Amendments, should indicate that 'no amendments to <br />the governing document may be effective unless they have been <br />approved by the City of Ramsey.' <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor Cox, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Reimann. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />adopt Resolution #87-176 approving the final plat of Pineview Estates 2nd <br />Addition PUD contingent upon the developer entering into a development <br />agreement with the City. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution <br />#87-176) · <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor Cox, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Reimann. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />adopt Ordimance #87-5 rezoning the subject property from I-1 Industrial to <br />PUD Planned Unit Development. (Please refer to ordinance file for <br />Ordinance #87-5). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor Cox, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Reimann. <br /> <br />Case #6: <br /> <br />Request For Metes And Bounds Subdivision; Case Of Mr. Hank <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that Planning and Zoning has recommend approval of Mr. ~ <br />Muhich's request for a metes and bounds subdivision contingent upon the <br />applicant retaining ownership of both parcels until the property is <br />properly subdivided. <br /> <br />Mr. Muhich agreed to a deed restriction reflecting the contingency. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br /> City Council/August 11, 1987 <br /> <br />Page 9 of 16 <br /> <br /> <br />
