Case #12: <br /> <br />Delete: <br /> <br />Case #7: <br /> <br /> Council action regarding their proposal made to and <br />ratified by the AFSCME bargaining unit. <br /> <br />Street improvement for Hunter's Hill Improvement Project <br />#87-23. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: City Attorney Goodrich requested that Council conduct <br />a closed executive session following this special meeting regarding the <br />potential lawsuit with Gilbert Menkveld/Art Raudio. Mr. Hartley stated <br />that Council should not reconvene following the closed executive session to <br />take any action. Mr. Goodrich noted that Council can take action on the <br />subject for which the executive session was called during the session. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />PUBLIO H~RING <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann adjourned the special meeting at 7:45 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the following public hearing: <br /> <br />Assessment roles for 1987 sealcoating improvement projects. <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the special Council meeting back to order at 7:55 p.m. <br /> <br />COUNCIL B~SINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: 1987 S~al¢oating Assessment Roles: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adopt <br />Resolutions 87-221, 87-222, 87-223, 87-224, 87-225, 87-226, 87-227, 87-228, <br />87-229, 87-230, 87-231, 87-232 and 87-233 adopting assessments for Project <br />#87-4 (161st Ave. N.W. and Llama St. N.W.), Project #87-6 (159th Ave. and <br />Dolomite St.), Project #87-7 (158th Lane and Kamacite St.), Project #87-8 <br />(Whispering Pines Estates Plat 2), Project #87-9 (Trott Brook Estates), <br />Project #87-10 (Alpaca Estates 1st and 2nd Additions), Project #87-11 <br />(South 1/2 of Hagen's Unplatted Area), Project #87-12 (Ford Brook Estates), <br />Project #87-13 (Greenland Hills), Project #87-14 (Menkveld's Unplatted <br />Area), Project #87-15 (Rhinestone St. & 154th Lane), Project #87-16 <br />(Peltzer A~dition), Project #87-17 (Menkveld's Pine Hills North).
