Coiiiiiiibioiier Brauer was pleased with the coopeiaiive efforts between the City and the residents <br />in addressing the future of this property. <br />Motion by Commissioner Bauer, seconded by Commissioner VanScoy, to recommend that City <br />Council adopt Resolution #14-10-205 approving the Comprehensive Plan Amendment. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Levine, Commissioners Bauer, VanScoy, Brauer, <br />Maul, and Nosan. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br />
