Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Ease #17: Landfill Siting Moratorium Ordinanc.e:. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember COx to request <br />that the Planning and Zoning Commission conduct a public hearing and make a <br />recommendation relating to the proposed moratorium ordinance on landfill <br />siting in the City. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Mr. Hartley stated that the purpose of the public <br />hearing is to consider adopting an ordinance which says that landfill <br />siting wilt be delayed until a study to determine appropriate criteria for <br />reviewing requests to site landfills in Ramsey is complete. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
