Further, <br />to direct City Administrator Hartley, Police Chief Anspos and Councilmember <br />DeLuca to research security system types and costs (hardwire and radio <br />control) and report back to City Council. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Mayor Reimann requested that the report on security <br />system types be presented to Council on August 23. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Council took no action regarding flooring in the Park Center building. <br /> <br />Council recessed at 9:10 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the meeting back to order at 9:18 p.m. <br /> <br />Case #6: Personnel Committee Report: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />extend an offer of employment to Ms. Colleen Rybak to fill the position of <br />Secretary in the Community Development Department starting at the rate of <br />$5.80 per hour. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #7: <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinance Amending Section 170.0112 Of The Ramsey City <br /> Code Regarding Development Standards In The Critical River <br /> Overlay District: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to <br />adopt Ordinance #88-11 amending Section 170.0112 of the Ramsey City Code. <br />(Refer to ordinance file for Ordinance #88-11). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #8: Adopt Ordinance Permitting Three Off-Sale Liquor Licenses In <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />adopt Ordinance #88-12 amending Chapter 130.09 of the Ramsey City Code. <br />(Please refer to ordinance file for Ordinance #88-12). <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember DeLuca stated that he feels increasing <br />the number of off-sale liquor licenses to 3 is premature. Mayor Reimann <br />noted that the ordinance allows, not mandates, the issuance of a third off- <br />sale liquor license.
