The Planning and Zoning <br />Commission has recommended approval of the request for rezoning. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Bawden to <br />adopt Findings of Fact #0224 relating to Mr. Jon Albinson's request to <br />rezone property from I-1 Industrial to B-1 Business. <br /> <br />Motion ca~ried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Council recessed at 9:04 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 9:17 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />Case ~6: Request for preliminary p_lat approval of Windemere Woo4~; <br /> , , Case of Mr. Dick Carson. <br /> <br />Mr. Otto stated that the Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended <br />preliminary plat approval of Windemere Woods contingent upon the following <br />items: <br /> <br />The developer working with the engineer to address potential drainage <br />problems, particularly with Magnesium Street Pond. <br /> <br />The developer continuing to work with the Park Commission to satisfy <br />their concerns. The Park Commission approved the park plan in concept <br />which includes a centralized park for the plats being developed by <br />Dick Earson, Wally Anderson and Good Value Homes; and based on the <br />following four items: <br /> <br />A.
