The Commiss~ will make its funding recommendations to the Legislature by August of .1992. The <br />Commission w~ cletermine which funding source is appropriate for a proposed project ~ecommendation <br />based on theiftlncling criteria. When acted upon by the 1993.Legislature, and with Commission .work <br />program appro~ al, funcls will be available for projects beginning July 1, 1993. <br /> NO'FE~, ON'STRATEGIES: ' <br /> · All ~tretegies are priorities.for fUnding.
