Such revisions shall be authorized in accordance with Condition 36 herein. <br /> <br /> Installation of Afterburners. The Permit Holder shall install and operate afterburners for <br /> each melt furnace to minimize sta~.ck emissions. An afterburner unit shall be installed on <br />0~ e~h m. elt furnace no later tharj, <br />¥'.~.~ .~~-X~-. [.b--~ ' <br /> -~ Emergency Emissions Testing. If, m the opinion of me u~ty Administrator or h~s <br /> authorized representative, it is determined to conduct pollution tests during an officially <br /> reported incident, the City may contract with an independent testing laboratory who shall be <br /> permitted access to the facility to conduct tests as may be prescribed by the City and to <br /> evalute conditions of the facility. The cost of such evaluation testing and reports shall be <br /> borne by the Permit Holder and payment for such costs will be due within 30 days of the <br /> invoice date. <br /> <br />Corrective Actions. The City may order the Permit Holder to undertake corrective actions <br />within specific time frames based on test results or evalutions to remedy pollution problems <br />or nuisance complaints. If the Permit Holder fails to take corrective action within specified <br />time frames, it may be determined by the City Council to be-a violation of the CUP and <br />cause for permit revocation. <br /> <br />Dissas$¢mblv 9fEngi_nes, Transmissions. Other Feedstq)ck. Dissassembly of engines and <br />tranmissions shall only be permitted within the building on the Site under this Conditional <br />Use Permit. Disassembly of other feedstock is permitted only within an opaquely screened <br />area or within the building. <br /> <br />Storage of Engines a.n.d. Tran.smissions. Storage of transmissions and engines shall be in <br />leak-proof containers until such time as they are moved onto the concrete floor in the <br />disassembly room inside the building. <br /> <br />Storage of Other Feed.stock, Separated Matcrial,s. Storage of materials which are used in or <br />result from the processing operation is permitted on Site providing that stockpiles are <br />properly contained and screened from adjoining properties and City streets. <br /> <br />Waste Oil. All waste oil shall be collected for recycling in accordance with Anoka County <br />and MPCA regulations. <br /> <br />Oil Residues on Paved Surfaces. The Permit Holder shall store all feedstock material with <br />oil residues within leakproof containers so as to minimize potential stormwater runoff <br />contamination. <br /> <br />Outside Storage of Materials and Equipment. The outside storage of debris or materials not <br />used in the operation and inoperable vehicles and equipment shall not be permitted. <br /> <br />Page 2 of 8 <br /> <br /> <br />
