iPark Dedication: The Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on <br />5APril 23 and recommended the acquisition of park land and a cash <br />'contribution to satisfy park dedication requirements in accordance with City <br />Code. <br /> <br />City Staff recommends approval of the preliminary plat contingent upon compliance <br />with this review letter. <br /> <br />The Pllanning and Zoning Commission will be conducting a public hearing <br />considering the request for preliminary plat approval at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May <br />5, 1992.
