§ 9.10 <br /> <br />shall be parked or stored in a residential district except for short-term (two (2w <br />hours or les~) except when unloading, loading or rendering a service. <br /> <br />9.11.11 ~.Tr,_t~ic ControL The traffic generated by any use shall be charmelized <br />and controlled m a manner that will avoid: <br /> a. Congestion of public streets; <br /> b. Tr,,ffic hazards; and <br /> .c. Excessive traffic through residential areas, particularly truck <br /> traffic. <br /> <br />Internal traffic shall be so regulated as to ensure safe and orderly flow. Traffic into <br />and out of bgsiness areas shall in all cases be forward moving with no backing into <br />streets. In Me urban area, no vehicular access will be permitted within 300 feet <br />(measured from the centerline) of any intersection to a collector or major <br />thoroughfare. <br /> <br />9.11.12 Soil erosion- No land shall be developed and no use shall be permitted <br />that results'., in water runoff, flooding, or erosion on adjacent properties. Such <br />runoff shall be Properly channeled into a storm drain, water course, ponding area, <br />or other public facility. In the urban area, all new development shall include the <br />provision of ~urb and gutter along public streets. <br /> <br />9.11.13 iOft-Street Parlrlng Spaces Req-i~ed. off-street parking spaces shall be <br />provided in !accordance with the specifications in this ordinance in any district <br />whenever an.y new use is established or existing use is enlarged.
