§ 9.10 Performmnce Standards <br /> <br />Hospitals ................................................. One space for each four beds and an <br /> additional space for each employee <br /> <br />Industrial ............................................... One space for each employee on the <br /> maximum working shift <br /> <br />Medical/Dental Clinics ............................. Three spaces per doctor/dentist <br /> <br />Motels ..................................................... One space for each unit and one space <br /> for each employee <br /> <br />Outdoor Sales and Open ............................ Merchandise displays in open sales <br /> Sales Lots and in outdoor sales <br /> premises shall have a minimum <br /> setback of 25 feet from the front <br /> property line and shah provide one <br /> parking space for each 800 square feet <br /> of merchandise area; except that, for <br /> auto sales lots, there shall be one <br /> parking space for each 10 autos <br /> displayed <br /> <br />Retail Shopping ........................................ One space for each 200 square feet of <br /> retail floor space <br /> <br />Restaurants & Drinking ............................ One space for each three seats Places <br /> <br />Service Stations ........................................ Three spaces for each enclosed bay and <br /> one space for each full time employee <br /> <br />Parking spaces may be located on a lot other than that containing the principal use <br />only with the approval of the zoning officer. <br /> <br />Any off-street parking lot for more than 5 vehicles shall be graded for proper <br />drainage and surfaced so as to provide a durable and dustless surface. <br /> <br />9.11.14 Off. Street Loading. One off-street loading berth of not less than 50 feet <br />shall be provided for every business and industrial use with a floor area of more <br />than 10,000 square feet; with one additional berth required for each additional <br />25,000 square feet ofi]oor area. <br /> <br />9.11.1;5 Permitted Encroachments.
