Councihnemb~r <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #04-02-XXX <br /> <br />A RESOLUTDN ACCEPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING <br />THE SoLIC ..~ATION OF BIDS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #03-28, 145TM <br />LANE/146TM ~VENUE SIDEWALK PROJECT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized a public improvement project consisting of <br />the installati°di of Concrete sidewalk along 145th Lane from Sunwood Drive to Potassium Street, <br />and along 146~ AVenue from the west boundary of Chestnut Hill 2nd Addition to Potassium <br />Street on July 8, 2003; and <br /> <br /> WHEI~EAS, this project has been specified to be funded from the City trail fund and <br />without assess~en~ to fronting property owners; and <br /> <br /> WHEI~ EA$, plans and specifications for Improvement Project #03-28 have been <br />prepared by Ci y Engineer, Steven Jankowski. <br /> <br />NOW THERt iFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, AI~ OKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1 ) The plans a[nd specifications prepared for the above referenced project are hereby accepted <br /> and; <br /> <br />2) The City AOministrator is directed to solicit bids for said project. <br /> i: <br />The motion forrthe adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by c'ouncilmember <br />__., and Ul~Bn Cote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the followi..lr!g voted against the same: <br />and the followigg abstained: <br />and the following Were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 24th day of February 2004. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-02-XXX <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
