Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners LaDue, Bawden, Deemer <br />and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Hendriksen and Thorud. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Bawden and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to amend Item # 31 of <br />the proposed Findings of Fact to indicate that the proposed use will be disturbing to existing or <br />future neighboring uses. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Commissioners LaDue, Bawden, Deemer and Terry. Voting No: <br />Chairman Zimmerman. Absent: Commissioners Hendriksen and Thorud. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Terry and seconded by Commissioner Bawden to amend Item #32 of the <br />proposed'Findings of Fact to indicate that the proposed use will not be a substantial improvement <br />to property in the vicinity and the commtmity as a whole. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Commissioners Bawden, Deemer and Ten3,. Voting No: Chairman <br />Zimmerman and Commissioner LaDue. Absent: Commissioners Hendriksen and Thorud. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Bawden to amend Item #33 of <br />the proposed Findings of Fact to indicate that the proposed use will be served adequately by public <br />facilities. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners LaDue, Bawden, Deemer <br />and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Hendriksen and Thorud. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Terry and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to amend Item #34 of <br />proposed Findings of Fact to indicate that the proposed use will not create excessive additional <br />requirements at public cost. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners La.Due, Bawden, Deemer <br />and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Hendriksen and Thorud. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Bawden and seconded by Commissioner Terry to amend Item #35 of the <br />proposed Findings of Fact to indicate that the proposed use will involve uses, activities and <br />processes that will be detrimental by reason of excessive production of traffic, noise, smoke, <br />fumes, glare or odors. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Commissioners LaDue, Bawden, Deemer and Terry. Voting No: <br />Chairman Zimmerman.
